Default slight question.

Just ordered an l9 and am coming to it with t-mobile from an optimus elite with virgin mobile.Since this is a dual core phone would it be able to hand 720p and maybe 1080p video unlike the optimus elite which can't?

According to the spec's it can record in 1080p so I would expect it to be able to playback as well. And, if it can play 1080p, then 720p should be no problem.
