LG Optimus M+ Software Update?

Does anyone know if there will be a Software Update for the lg optimus m+? i got it a month ago and honestly found no need of the "software update" settings.... Has anyone at all heard any upcoming updates coming for the phone?...

Don't count on it, the phone has already been discontinued by Metro after only being available for a few months.
