So if you aren't sure about the esteem you could wait to check this one out.

I'm hoping this is the mid range phone I've been waiting for to upgrade. Unless of course this lowers the price for the LG Esteem, but despite this LG Connect being a mid range phone it would still be newer than the Esteem, no? I know newer isn't always better its possible.
Guess I'll need more specs to make a detailed comparison.

Just FYI (dont know the price on this phone) but Metro is going to start having nice 4G phones and even some dual core 4g phones from $99-199.

The lg connect is higher end than the esteem imo other than that front facing vga camera...

I just found out that this phone is expected to be release in February...:-)
I hope the price is right and not silly rebates this time...

After reading those specs, I think this will be my next phone, skip the Esteem altogether

I am glad I waited. The Esteem looks great but the phone is too big for me to carry around. It almost feel like a mini tablet.lol. Well for phones it's a matter of taste, that is why I like android phones, there are more choices.
This new phone has only 4" screen, I can live with that, np...
