Can't recover my phone

Today I use the LGmobileupdate and I was in MS690Zv6 and I went on the forums and it say there is an update for the phone and I updated and when is installing it crash on me and it deleted everything the OS and the recovery and I can't recover the files and i have the .bin file for the ZV7 and i use the LGNPST and still nothing. Soon I'll post an video that show what's going on

R you putting the phone in s/w upgrade mode?
