[Help] My LG Optimus M is stuck in S/W upgrade mode

hi i need help somehow my phone got stuck in s/w mode and i dont know how to get out i tried upgrading it but it always stops at 15% and tells me to restart.......... HELPPPPPP PLEASSSEEEEEE

S/w upgrade mode isn't the easiest to just get into lol. So I'm assuming it was intentional?

Phone rooted?
Recovery?

Need more info

Select the bin file and the DLL....also ask metro for your MIN number. Then press start, you're gonna have a lot of reprogramming to do :/

when always try the bin and dll it always stopp and gives me some bs error
