Default Can any one help me in partitioning my SD card ( rooted phone)

I have rooted my phone phone. My internal memory is now used up and it has also slowed down my phone. I cant install any more apps. This is the reason i want to partition my SD card so that I can move my apps to the SD card. Any easy way to do it?

You can also partition your SD card using your PC which I think is easier. Use any partition management software. I used Easeus Partition manager, which is free. This method does not require that you have a custom recovery.
