Default password for phone switch off

Hi

can you please suggest any app which will ask for a password to be entered when the phone is required to be switched off.

I don't see why you'd want it. One can easily remove the battery to switch it off. Unless ofcourse you yourself are switching it off by accident in which case I don't know of any.
