Default lg optimus calibration

So, with my luck there probably isn't any way to do this. My touch screen is completely off and I was wondering if maybe there was a way to calibrate the screen or at least maybe the on screen keyboard. I know on some of the other optimus' there is a touch keyboard calibration option wich virtually fixes the issue, is there such a thing for this one?
