What do I have to do to sell a Sprint phone Optimus S. How do I prepare my phone for selling?

That’s what I would do, fwiw. But my curiosity is why did you buy a Sprint phone when they were letting people use them for free...

That’s true for rooted droids, not stock ones. Stock phones are un-brickable -- that was the whole point in the heavily guarded carrier OS.
