Default ???Security Breach

Does anyone else have a red box at the top of the forum that says "Security Breach Update your password. (July 10, 2012.) I am afraid ro open it. Do not want a virus.

It links to a Phandroid page by Phases Community Manager. Its spooky title, “Important Notice - Security Breach,” is about, of all things, an important notice about a security breach.
