PRL is a roaming list. Virgin Mobile does not roam. Sprint towers only. Thus a PRL update will not do anything.

That is incorrect. Virgin gets limited signal from sprint towers, main priority goes to sprint users first. I have updated my PRL on all of my Reg Optimus V phones so that my phone sprint Corperate PRL codes and not a virgin prl codes and have increased receptions and 3g speeds .

A lot of ppl use PRL swaps. Theft of service? HA. You funny man. Rooting your phone or downloading a pirated app is just as illegal as a PRL swap. (Meaning... NO ONE CARES)

Rooting is not illegal.

I know. I was saying that a PRL swap is pretty much as illegal as rooting. As in it isn't lol.
