Cry Question About Optimus Slider?

I'm considering purchasing this phone in a couple of days, but I have one question that I cannot seem to get a definite answer on.

I need to know if this phone will play videos found on the web. I know it has a YouTube app, but what about videos from other sites? Will it play them?

I guess this phone does not support Adobe Flash out of the box, but I found a forum on here that states that there is in fact a version of flash compatible with this type of '6' processor.

Is this true? Can this phone support Adobe Flash? Can it play videos from other sites besides YouTube? Does it require flash in order to do this?

If anyone that has this phone can answer this I thank you very much. I wanna buy this phone, but not if the only videos I can watch are just through a the YouTube app. I want access to the whole web. Perhaps it is too much to ask, but I would like to know if it's possible.

Thanks Very Much.

There's a number of sites and apps with videos that can play without Flash. I posted some of them in an older thread at http://androidforums.com/lg-optimus-slider/506801-videos-can-play-slider.html.

I can even watch the live video streams for QVC and HSN.

In answer to your question: Adobe Flash player is incompatible with the ARM6 processor. There are other ways to get some flash content to play.
Skyfire Browser will play some flash content from a web page but will not play flash games. Then there is Mobo Player and BS player light: These will allow you to play downloaded flash movie's and such but are still limited.
If you gain root access to your system files then you can install a hacked Adobe Flash player that will work on CM-7 ROM's (Gingerbread) through Dolphin Browser, but it is still limited.
