According to TmoNews.com it is to be released alongside the MyTouch4G on November 3rd.

And it is. Picked one up on Wednesday for my son. Neat little phone that seems to be very powerful for what it is. Plays angry birds really well

I'm looking at picking this up because of the price and the Froyo which I saw the demo from the local mobile shop. I like the wifi option as well as google talk. If I can use my unlimited web to make calls, that would help out my overall paygo plan.
