When I try to open a hyperlink in an email, I get the following error message "Apply fine text format option is set to off. Change the setting to open links from the message". I cannot find antwhere on the phone to make this change. This happens from both my gmail and verizon.net. I can copy the link into the browser and connect to the link. Where can I change the setting?

This problem was resolved by resetting the phone but the problem was started by creating a MS Exchange account and then removing it. I set it back up and found that in MSE there is a setting for this not found in my other email accounts. I turned it on and it works fine now on my other email accounts.
