Default How to?

I deleted the icon that tells how many "G's" I have used. I thought it was one of the app icons. I can't find it. So, how do I get it back? Anyone know? I am unfortunate enough to own the LG Revolution. I've had it almost 2 months and had it back in the shop 3 times with no resolution to my problem of the screen blacking out 2-3 seconds several times while dialing the second party on a three way call. My business requires constant use of 3 way calls. So, this quirk is aggravating, embarrassing, and costing me.
