Default Call Block App

I have been using Extreme Call Blocker for a couple years. Since the ICS update it has started blocking my husband when I set the app to block unknown or private numbers. The dev tried to correct it, but said it's an issue with LG phones. He even offered me a refund which I declined because I will someday have a different phone anyway that works with ECB. Does anyone know a call block app that blocks unknown callers that works with LG phones? I really love my Spectrum but need the option to block certain callers as well as unknown callers.

I haven't used it but I've heard that root call blocker works really well.

Yes, it does. I wasn't rooted, so I had to do that first. It works perfectly. Thanks for the suggestion!

This. Use the white list feature and you'll only get calls on that list. I use it.

I rooted and installed it. Since I use my phone for business and welcome calls from new customers, so I can't use a white list. I use the block private caller feature and the set up a blacklist. Over the years when solicitors have called I have saved them to my contacts under a single contact called "Don't Answer Sales Call" and put them in a Solicitor" group. I am able to block that entire group with this app instead of having to enter each number under that contact. So far it works great. I love how it doesn't even ring your phone when the creeps call. I get an average of 5 solicitor calls a day and this app is a real lifesaver.

True. I use the blacklist feature, but if aren't using it for business and really want to block calls, the white list feature is awesome.
