Default Can't connect to my Macbook Pro

Hi everyone,

I can't seem to get my Macbook Pro to recognize my Spectrum, even when I have it set under "Mass storage" mode. Is there something I need to do?

Have you tried rebooting the phone with the cable connected? That will usually resolve this particular issue.

That did it! So glad this was an easy fix. Was expecting some mess with installing drivers or something
