Mail in rebate
How does the mail in rebate work? How do you sign up? When will you get your money back? Is it real?

I had a mir with my Optimus M, 2 years ago. It is real. You fill out the form, have a photo/scanned copy of the sales receipt and something from the side of the box, then mail it in. With my OM, it was 6 to 8 weeks. i got a Visa gift card.

Does the mail In Rebate apply to online purchases? (Through metropcs.com) Also the rebate link online not working.

Not sure if you can do it with online purchases. With my motion, I needed a copy of purchase and activation receipt.

Can you use the MIR if you purchase the phone on wirefly? I read the rebate form and it states online purchases and does not specify Metro online.
