I noticed that when the screen is locked you can still pull down the status bar. I s this normal ics feature? I am running go launcher ex and I've looked all over searching for a way to disable this feature. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

It is a feature from ICS.

That only works if you have "Swipe" as your security setting. If you tap on Settings, Security, Screen lock and change that to say "PIN" the drop down will no longer pull down until you put in your PIN.
