Just got mine today from Costco. The lady said they were given a green light to sell today. It cost $34 out the door for a family plan upgrade on one line and came with extra accessories (car power adapter, 2x screen protectors, 1 carrying case). The screen protectors did not fit they were too big. So far I like it a lot. Plenty speedy , good build quality , good screen and 3d is nice. However, internet is not working. I'm not sure why.
Device(s): HTC One X (Rooted running Viper XL 3.2.8)
Carrier: at&t

I've been striking out. No one in our area has them yet. AT&T said they will though by Sunday.
Sorry to hear that. I just got a 2nd thrill at Costco after upgrading another line. You can call each Costco to find out if they have it in stock. Fortunately for me I live in an area that has a lot of costcos.
One other cool thing to note that buying at Costco is only $35 out the door whereas when I have purchased from at&t or staples and best buy I have to pay the advertised price yet I have to also pay the tax based on the full non-discounted price of the phone. For example I had bought an atrix for free but had to pay $60 tax (staples)
I spoke too soon. I saw on Best Buy's website that one of the stores near me had them in stock and was available today. (note that it was the store that I called earlier and they said they didn't get it today). I bought it online and went to pickup in store. They had to search the stock that came in today, but found it and I was able to take it home. Happy now!
Oh, and on a side note.......inside of 30 days was promised the Gingerbread update. So, it was said at the AT&T showing to the Best Buy crew that it will have GB soon after release (inside 30 days).

i took my charger off at 6:00 this morning. Did some facebooking, texting, copied pictures and videos from sd card to internal sd, deleted/edited some pictures and played around with the gps. I have one widget that i have updating every hour and that's the weather widget it comes with. Not using the network but on wifi. Currently im at 85%.
You guys having problems should run you battery down completly a few times before charging it. Hopefully that'll help.
Ebay sells 2 additional batteries plus a charger for about $12. I bought mine even before the phone was released.

Yea, that's what I'm doing today. I charged it up completely last night and took it off the charger this morning at about 6am. Right now after playing with it pretty good this morning, I am at 45% and intend on running it down til dead. I also ordered those off ebay last night. Did the same for my Atrix and it worked quite well.

yeah, ppl gotta understand that android phones are not the best at saving battery life. U just gotta how to manage the phone. ie closing up everything you open, widgets, screen brightness, etc
Take the LG Optimus 3D, put it on AT&T's network, and what do you have? The LG Thrill 4G. Inside the Thrill 4G is identical to the Optimus 3D... and that's a great thing. With both 3D recording of pictures and videos and the ability to ... Read More
