Hi, I have an lg thrill and i shattered the screen on it. I need to get contacts, pictures, videos, and music off of it. I have no way to use the touch screen but i can still see the screen. I have it plugged into my laptop right now, and it shows that it is plugged in. But, it is not popping up on my laptop so i can view the files on it. I can't remember if i have the usb mass storage mode enabled on my thrill. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I have an appointment tommorow and I am needing a phone number ASAP! Please is anyone out there that can help me. Also, I have it connected to my wifi at home, and I already tried opening Network Sharing on my laptop, but my device isn't visible on there. I can see the screen of my phone, and it shows it is connected and plugged into my laptop. It even has the little USB icon at the top of the screen. HELP!!!

P.S. Sorry if I'm not posting this in the right area, I am new to, not only this forum, forums in general. Please help me!
