Question Hello...Anyone know how to fix problem with Vortex phone?

Hello,

I recently bought a bluetooth Headset to talk without holding my phone and everytime I get connected (after it's paired) I get the following error message and it prompts me to force close. I have a VS660.

the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly message while trying to connect bluetooth

I called Verizon to try and figure out the problem and they didn't have any solutions from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support.

I don't want to have to do a Master Reset. This would be the 3rd one since I purchased the phone in December 2010.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Having the same issues and the local verizon store's "solution" was to exchange my motorola H730 headset. So much for that "solution". Anyone found a cure that works?
