I'm really starting to wonder if Verizon gives their employees any type of training on anything before they start working there.

She (Helga) used to be my best friend when I was in my younger years in school.

Not sure where things went wrong, however you have clearly stated your case. Just goes to show, you are who I thought you weren't.
