All I can picture now is a good looking woman in a short skirt and high heels under the car changing oil. I'm a married man for pete's sake, I can't be gettin images like that stuck in my head, lol
Sure you can... I went to the mailbox today and the only thing we got was my wife's Women's Health magazine. Who was on the cover? Kate Beckinsale in a barely-there top and bikini bottom. My wife is fully aware of my love affair with Ms. Beckinsale and when she saw the magazine, she asked how I made it back from the mailbox? I said it was tough, but I managed.

My wife gets that magazine too...my poor wife...lol

I hope this isn't violating anything on here, but I just wanted to let you folks know that I have a VZW case/holster combo on ebay for sell for our Nexus'. ($9.95) New in box. If anyone from here buys it, for an extra $5 I'll throw in 2 new Cruzerlite cases (a red one, and a blue one) as well. Just let me know that you got it so I'll know to do that. These last 2 just don't look as professional as I'd like for my office. I love the case/holster combo, but it doesn't really fit well with an extended battery. Let me know if any questions.

This place is a little wacky tonight. Well I'm off to run for 4 miles. Love it. Still 86 degrees and almost 9pm. I have half a mind to weigh myself before and after, just to see how much water I lose. Yuck. Later yall.

Well, we want to keep that kind of thing in the Classified section so if you don't mind posting it there (be sure to pay attention to the photo requirements) it would be appreciated!

What a day y'all!
Got up at 3a. Drank a Muscle Milk. Dress. Work 4a till 930a.
Interview for Store Manager from 10a-1130a.
Borrowed product from another store and bought milk to make sure we didn't run out; delivered said items.
Hop on he sales floor to give a partner a 10.
Find out one of my partners is at the hospital.
Work another hour on the floor whilst calling to get shift for sick partner. Leave at 330p.
Wife calls me while on my way home that baby is sick.
Pick up baby wellness supplies.
Grab an overdue lunch.
Home by 4p. Nap by 410p.
Awake now and feeling refreshed.
Truth be told...just another 12hr day y'all!
For what it is worth, cross your fingers and toesies for me, though I feel like I nailed the interview!
Thanks for the support and the birthday wishes. Means a lot.

That high temps the past few days caused the cap to loosen and some of it leaked out. Now I need to find something to get rid of the smell.
That happened to a friend of mine last summer...took a while for her to get the smell out. Hope you have better luck than her.

So, I decided to push myself, and go for 5 miles tonight, in under an hour, and I pulled it off with 4 seconds to spare. That beats my furthest run by a full mile endomondo said I burned 1200 calories doing it too. how many beers do I get in celebration?

When I was a teenager I worked with some carpet installers and this is what they recommended. Warm water with dishsoap (that will separate the oily food substance from the carpet fibers) and get it good and wet. Here is the important part. Press firmly with paper towels or a rag to absorb the moisture, do not scrub as this simply spreads the stain. When I get a stain in my carpets at home this is what I do. I usually use paper towels and then step on them with my heel until the moisture doesn't soak through.

Before I started work today at 3p I put baking soda on the floor. When I got out at 11p the smell was still slightly there. I'm going to let it go the rest of the night. But I'm going to add the bread and vinegar. I'm also going to walmart here in minute and look for Nature's Miracle.

Morning all..taking kids back to their moms this morning, after a week of fun in the sun....both of them got upset last night when they realized it was the last night here....that was hard.
But then back to the cabinetry this weekend. Have to finish that fish tank stand this weekend, and then on to building an arduino controller for his tank. Multi talented, that's what I am!! Whew, no time for naps....yeah right. Gonna need one today since I have been up since 2am with a migraine.
Hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend!!

The Pawtucket Red Sox had a free skills clinic this morning so I took Evan. He had a blast. He got some pitching training from Alex Wilson (a righty reliever out of Texas A&M that could get a call up this year). It is nice that these AAA teams do stuff like this, all free and two tickets to tonights game on them so Evan and I get to have a guys night out.

I play but on ps3.
In other news.
After about 20 hours of baking soda on the floor and a container with a slice of bread and vinegar...either I can barely smell it or my mind is playing tricks on me. I'll wait till tomorrow and I might put some vinegar on the carpet, let it set for about 10 minutes and then blot it with paper towels.

Hey all...sorta new here...I watch this thread and see what's going on but haven't ever been active in it...you might find me around the All Things Root section more often seeing as this is where all the other GNexians hang out, I was wondering if any fellow Nexus owners using Nova Launcher have found a way to set different wallpapers for each homescreen
Thanks!

I have not. I don't believe that to be a feature. I could very well be wrong.

Evening all! We have been in Maryland all weekend and my battery is going much quicker here. It seems I either have great 4g or almost non-existent 3g, the radios are working so hard the phone is warm.
I've been having SG3 envy bad, lately. I feel like the Gnex is getting left in the dust and will be forgotten about sooner than later.
As for mainstream, yes. Overall, hell no. Maybe you just have the "I need the latest and greatest" mentality? The GSIII intrigued me for about a minute.
Anyone reading the S3 threads? There is one thread on there started by a new member that is full of replies by other new members. Kinda wondering about that

I'll go check it out. I was over there for a second yesterday and found the place really active! New phones are always a great way to build the site.
Morning everyone!
So the show, Music Man, was pretty good. Great songs and dancing. I think we were probably the only people in our age group as it was pretty much all old folks and kids (and a lot of presumably grandparents and grandchildren).
