I was ready to root this weekend but finally got my hands on the N7. I actually was running Liquid a while back and I honestly don't remember why I went back to stock.

It took me a little bit to work my way off of the light American lagers, but now I'm full speed ahead with craft brews, imports, and making my own homebrew. While I can't match Stigy's love of "120-Minute by the pint", I still marvel at how they stuffed that much flavor into that beer! As towards more of the phone-relevancy side of things I haven't gone too crazy yet with my Nexus. I've mostly just stuck with appearance mods with Nova Launcher. I rooted and flashed a couple of times with my Incredible (also picked up on Day 1). But about a year after I had to resuscitate it from forgeting it in my pocket while sailing at the lake, it finaly needed to go. Luckily the Nexus was right around the corner (and then the other corner.... no, no, the NEXT corner....)

Yeah, but you're of the gender that can drink Mike's Hard without taking any flak. Well said about the dark beers, I totally agree.

Okay...gotta jump in now...I am a mostly vodka drinker...so I like my Smirnoff ices....but I do definitely like red wine, syrah and Pinot, and for beers I tend towards the darker lagers....shock top is great, but I actually am drinking a lot of Black Star right now, and our local breweries have a different beer selection every week...3 breweries within a half hour drive...and recently made my first home brew: a lemon harvest IPA...but will see how it turns out this weekend before we decide to make another batch or not.

Haha..figured something would be said....and I agree. However, with 3 kids, I am not usually allowed a TURI on the rocks every night...only when I have a cigar. Which would be every other weekend.....so in between I can have a Smirnoff ice instead. Or a beer or a glass of wine...wow sounds like I drink a lot....except I usually have a drink every week....sometimes wish I had more...like after a day like today.

So much alcohol talk tonight, love it.

BB - find a place that sells craft beet, you may find the Blueberry beer in northern NJ.

Last UI post of the night - so satisfied with it right now.

Welcome to our world, funny the topics that get this group so chatty and bring out the lurkers. As for me, don't drink at all. Love good strong robust coffee, un-sweat tea, water and milk with dinner. Not a huge breakfast fan, eggs cannot be runny, yuck, yuck, yuck. Captain and BB, you two are so....tame, I am getting worried about your remarkable restraint. Lol

I thanked your portrait screenie from earlier as I had to view it on my phone. I like the landscape view here too. Looks great, and I'm just talking from a UI standpoint. I don't get the point counting WW thing at all, just saying its a clean and neat layout.

Oh this isn't the landscape layout, but it will in fact be similar to this. This is just the three tabs side by side so you can see them all at once.

Thanks though.

I know, that makes me so very sad. He was such an integral part of my childhood. I NEVER missed The Jeffersons. He and Marla Gibbs taught me the fine art of sarcasm at a very tender age.

Jaeger truly does trigger my gag reflex. My dear friend thought she could make me like it more by making Jaeger Bomb jello shooters. It's bad enough when you shoot it....but when you have to chew Jaeger...that just makes me do one of those full body shivers.

Sup y'all.

Welcome to our newest lurker turned contributor...you'll love it here.

Love that y'all drink Starbucks...well, most of yous. Dirty Chai is indeed what we like to call it. Try a chai with two shots of espresso. This is the Filthy Chai! Ask me anything Starbucks by the way...I have lots of knowledge...just no insider trader stuff y'all.

Beer: I love it all! No, seriously, never tried a beer I didn't like.

No tequila for me tonight but the wife just made authentic tacos down to the last detail. Which reminds me...gotta go back inside and finish the dishes since she is giving Cooper a bath.

A really nice production video of the last days shooting The Hobbit. They are now in talks to turn into a trilogy.

Is the Starbucks health plan really as decent as I've heard? I could possibly learn to deal with people on a more regular basis if the benefits were worth it. And since I have no idea what I want to be when I grow up I can always try new things.

It really is. I have also had 401k, Stock Purchase Plan (at discount), Stock Grants every year, and in my current position, performance bonuses aren't too shabby. Fwiw, all this, besides the bonuses are available at entry level after 3 months of averaging 20 per week. Entry level and supervisors get tipped out weekly. Management does not. Hence, bonuses.

^ Bahaha, where do you guys find this stuff?

Morning everyone!
Had a lot of fun last night. Wife tapped in when I was tapping out to get to bed pretty early. Always happens this way and she got home pretty late. Tried the tripe tacos and I thought they were borderline disgusting, but hey, it's not for everyone. The "sonoran hot dog" was delicious though. Basically a big ol hot dog topped with braised short rib. Chatted with the owner who I think has been living there since it opened. She's really cool and we heartily thanked her for opening a place in our neighborhood (3 blocks away). Her other restaurants are up in Silver Spring just outside of DC.

Morning dread.

On my way to work now. We had tequila lime fajitas last night, and I get them again for lunch.

Happy hump day everyone.

They were good! I marinated the chicken and then grilled it, I think the flavor of fajitas with grilled chicken as opposed to it being sauteed is so much better. Then mix a little reserved marinade in with the green peppers, onions, and mushrooms when I saute them. And it was tequila day, didn't plan it, but celebrated anyways

Morning everyone. Last day here for a while. Leaving this afternoon on vacation and won't be back for 2 weeks. This will either be the most epic trip ever, or the worst trip ever, haha!

Good morning everyone and happy hump day!

Still waiting to be able to reply to comments in the Google Play store. It would make my life a whole lot easier.

Also learning how to do in app purchases today and trying to figure out a pricing scheme. Thinking about doing something like $1.99 IAP removes advertisements and unlocks PRO features and this way I can put it on sale (lower it to $0.99 for a week at a time every once and a while) to hopefully pull in some more revenue. Just tons of thought right now.

Do you work at Starbucks corporate or at a local store? Sounds like a really good position.

Very jealous - a 2 week vacation sounds great right now.

Have tons of fun. Hopefully by the time you get back, my app will almost be finished.

Thanks guys! I'll have tons of pics when we get back and will definitely post some. Bought a new lens, a neutral density filter, and a new polarizer specifically for this trip. Taking my 60D and entire lens collection with two 32GB SD cards, my wife is taking her p&s with around a 16GB card in it, plus our two phones. We took a 4 day trip to NYC last summer and came back with 1,000+ pics, haha.

If I lived closer to Cali, I'd bring you some business.

I go way too often for my own good. This morning was a Iced Venti Quad Cinnamon Dolce, yumm.
