Morning everyone and welcome to our new guests! Cool to have a ROM Dev here.
Well, looks like I screwed up my N7 or something. Can't seem to find the problem. If anyone has any ideas, here's the thread: Already out of space?

I think I'll be fine, but now I'm thinking I should have got the 16Gb. Honestly, I'm not sure I'll even ROM it that much, but when I do I'll be offloading the bulk of my nandroids to the PC.
Yeah, saw that and would have recommended backups. I haven't done anything to my N7 that would warrant a backup yet, so I haven't created any. I liked your opening screenshot. I never had insufficient space in my wallet before.
You just shut your mouth!
I only noticed it when I tried installing Wallet (for S&Gs, not sure I'll use it) and got that pop up and did this !
Wife was mad since she couldn't install Twitter either . I had no media on the device and maybe 3 apps installed. Was so confused but glad I got it working again.
Made another idiot move and complained I couldn't install Astro to see what was taking up so much space. Well, duh, mount it to my PC and look from there.

My OneX TW backups are over 2 GB so with the limited space on it I only keep one backup... I miss my 32 GB on the Nexus but I don't miss Verizon.

Is it across the board that TWRP nandroids are that much larger than CWM? If so, I may suck it up and move back to CWM for my Nexus. Haven't looking into my Gnex on what it is.

Isn't compression on backup optional in TWRP whereas it is standard on CWM? That could explain the size difference.

Gah all this N7 talk is making me hungry for one! I was also a Google IO contest winner along with Dana. If it wasn't for that, I'd have one in my claws right now. I'm still tempted to buy one and give the second one to my girlfriend.
any hoot....How was everyone's weekend? Mine was pretty relaxing - Saw "The Watch" on Friday which is your run of the mill guy comedy. There was an Arts and Wine festival in town on Saturday which the lady friend and I went to. Sunday was pool and relax day. All this relaxing and I still want more! I am a total Zombie today. I stayed up late watching this show on Hulu called "The Yard." I think you guys should check it out. It's about little kids on a playground but it's almost metaphorical for a prison...funny stuff.

It happens occasionally. Wikipedia's servers are heavily worked at all times. Not many people know just how underfunded and undermanned the WMF is considering that Wikipedia is among the top 5 (at least top 10) most visited sites on the web. I was actually on there doing admin stuff earlier when it crashed. Can't remember if I've ever mentioned here before that I'm an admin.

Haha, definitely. I was just coming to post about my weekend On Saturday, my friend had his annual summer bbq; we had burgers, dogs, ribs, and steak tips. Played some volleyball, though I took a dive and messed up my knee; it's a little stiff today. Sunday I got the urge to cook, I made twice baked potatoes stuffed with cheddar and bacon, and smokehouse maple pork chops. Everything came out great, it was delicious
Hope everyone else's weekend was great

You my friend, know how to eat! Thank goodness I finished my detox or this post would have sent me jumping off our 10 story building.
Charged the Gnex last night. Left over night, slowly trickled discharged. Woke up this morning, checked it the battery level was fine. Moved the phone over to my table, went up to take a shower, come back 20 minutes later, the phone is warm, almost too warm and the battery down by a quarter.
If anything, it was closer to the network extender and the router.

So I saw the other posts on the last page about Google Wallet, and decided to finally give it a whirl.
I opened up Wallet for the first time ever; it asked me for my email address, and a screen came up where you could pick CitiCard (which I don't have), a Pre-Paid card, and a gift card. I selected Pre-Paid, and it said "verifying" for a while, and then it said I have a $10 credit. Is this all I have to do?
I wasn't asked anywhere to input my credit card info.

Han - you should also be able to add your other credit cards.
You're gonna need to be on version 1.5-R75v6 which will allow for all your credit/debit cards to be added. I used my debit card at 7-11 twice this weekend. Was pretty neat.

Hi everyone! Decided to hike up French Mountain today with my daughter and father. It was beyond strenuous for the shape I'm not in. But it was well worth it.
I'm now exhausted though.
Hope everyone is having a good day
Can't go wrong with Electro Harmonix! Love those pedals. I am currently redoing my rig. I was doing the standard - Mesa Stack with pedals etc but I ended up selling it all because I don't play live as much as I work in the studio. I decided I want to get a high quality modeling set up with a decent speaker cab to play with people. It would just be so convenient to be able to plug straight to computer and have that same unit be my live rig.
I am also looking for a nice guitar with midi pick up built in like the Ibanez RG1520gk <- rarrreeeeeee. I would also be nice to be able to play synths through my guitar since my technique on guitar outshines my piano technique.
Currently I am rocking for a guitar: Schecter USA made 7 string and an Ibanez RG520QM from the 90's MIJ. How about you?
Guitars I have: A jackson pro kelly (reverse headstock) don't get used. I don't like the floyd rose (too much to screw with when I just want to play). Its also very tinny. Every so often, I will pull out out just to screw with and make squealies ala Dimebag Darrel. I think I like pinch harmonics better
A cheap dean, no longer gets used. Forgot what the type was, but its a very cheap version that Dimebag Darrel used.
A silvertone acoustic, and the one that gets the most abuse is the (ESP) LTE ex-360 with EMG active pickups. I was going to buy the Gibson Explorer but could not justify the price at the time as I was (and still not) playing very much.
Amp, I use a Epiphone Valve Jr half stack. Only 5 watt tube amp, kind of boxy but I don't think I could go back to a solid state rectifier amp. Perhaps, but for damn sure not one of those modeling amps.
Effects are, EHX metal muff, holy grail reverb (may get its bigger brother) and the small clone chorus. I also got a crybaby classic wah-wah pedel that I don't use much, mostly due to the bypass issue, as in, even off, it sounds funny.
Oh, and by modeling amp, I mean those digital ones where you can get the amp to sound like a marshal or crate or what not at the flip of the switch. Im not huge on digital effects for this, but thats me
Morning all. My attendance here is gonna stay light for the next few weeks, getting hammered at work, and my class starts back up Friday. Fun.
Happy Tuesday everyone!
Morning Anti. I too also like getting hammered at work. Wait what?
Realized why my cabbie didn't know where to go. He was a VA cab, not DC (they're all different companies). When I got home he asked me how to get downtown cause he was going to VA. I just told him to follow this street all the way south and you'll figure it out.

Good morning everyone and happy Tuesday.
Bowling league tonight - we are in first place by one point with three weeks left to go. Coming down to the wire, but first place would be nice to win some money for coming in first place. Would let me buy the new rear shocks I want for my car.
Here is my random morning Instagram picture - its absolutely gorgeous out today. Could definitely get used to this weather.
Nice shot Stigy! Weather could be a little nicer here. Boss just got back from a trip to London (saw some games, wife is from there) and I was jealous at their cool weather.
Well, back at work folks. Almost 2 full weeks away from work. Although we were extremely busy those two weeks, it still felt tremendous to not be here. Already sorted through the 100+ e-mails I had and now back to my daily duties.
Anti, it was quite the shock to my system coming from that nice west coast weather to this overwhelming humidity. It is nice to see my grass green again though.
