Well, Verizon has finally managed to disable Wallet on VZW GNex's, at least the "legal" market version. This morning I go to use it, and I get an error message, that this version is no longer supported, please update to the latest version. Except the latest version is not "compatible" with my phone according to Google Play. This development is SOOOO wonderfully combined with the RSRSS story saying ISIS is delayed. Pretty pissed off right now.
Update:
And to make matters worse, it won't even allow you to get into the app to reset it, in order to side-load the latest version apk. I took the plunge, and installed the apk over the existing version. Thankfully it didn't brick my secure element.

Saturday is apple picking ! I can't wait. And then Sunday I don't know what's going on. But its supposed to be beautiful fall weather so I will be happy whatever I do.

Interesting thing happened this morning. I go to google.com/news just like I always do when I get to work and read the days headlines in Sports, Tech, Science, and Entertainment. So I'm scrolling through the Entertainment headlines and as you know, Google attaches an appropriate picture to the left of each headline. Well today is a different story, low and behold there's a naked picture to the left of the headline "Alison Pill's fiance on topless tweet". It is an uncensored version of a picture Alison Pill supposedly accidentally tweeted a few days ago. How Google attached that, I don't know and how it got through my work filter I sure as heck don't know.
In other topless news that I learned from the Entertainment section, apparently Kate Middleton was photographed topless on private property with a telephoto lens somewhere in France.
Really excited about the growth of my app. I'm fast approaching 1,000 total active installs
Ad Request growth (I use this as a tool to monitor usage growth...as you can see, I make nothing off of it...that $4.89 is estimated revenue since it went in the market, haha)

Not sure if anyone watches Big Brother, but OMG what an episode last night. HUGE turn of events a week before the finale.
Headlights were delivered last night - love sellers that take time to really pack things up well and make sure nothing is broken!

I did P90X full through once - I highly recommend it if you can commit to the workout. Its amazing with the Yoga and ab workouts - I need to start it back up again soon. I feel like I am slowly dropping out of shape.

UGH same with me - damn you Verizon. Damn you hard. This is ridiculous. People on XDA reporting errors as well - something must be going on, might not be Verizon.

I got one review and a subsequent e-mail that baffles me though. The user says when they install it and click on the icon in the app drawer, the app won't open, however they go back to the play store where it shows installed and click open, and it opens. Told them to go into the settings and app management area and go into the app and force stop, clear cache, clear data, uninstall, and then re-install and see if that fixes it. Can't think of anything on the app end that would cause it.

Strange. I stopped using the Google prepaid card awhile ago. There was $4.64 in it. I update it then it goes down to $2.64. I just update now and it goes down to $0.64.

Happy Friday all! I'm on my way to the simulator this weekend to practice takeoffs and landings (Hopefully one of these days I'll figure it out.) The good news is the simulator is in Miami so I get some paid beach time.
