I'm in Precise mode, but I'm a perfectionist...
Stigy, if Flow isn't your cup of tea, I would highly recommend trying out SwiftKey 3. I can't believe how accurate it is about predicting what I'm about to type. It has literally changed the way I type on my phone... I installed it on the Darling Bride's phone and she's no longer intimidated by texting!

Okay so I installed the Flow Beta from their website but how do you enable the "Flow Through Space" portion where I don't have to lift my finger to type a sentence.
Am I missing something?

Wow, my windshield split the other day and I finally got around to calling the insurance company today as I figured I was in for a PITA. They had the glass company call me and they are going to replace it in the parking lot TODAY.
I guess it doesn't pay to automatically assume something is going to be a pain.

This happened to me last year. I had a crack in my windshield and I called GEICO about it and Safelite came to my job, replaced it in the parking lot and I didn't even have time to see the guy because that's how quickly it got done.
They are incredibly fast and efficient AND I got OEM glass at no cost to me.
Reminds me of a time my wife somehow got paint on her car. (no idea how, must have been while it was at work)
Well she was driving around town one day and a guy pulled up next to her at a traffic light and said he could remove it. Sketch city, I know.
Anyway, he ended up doing it while she was parked at an event. Did a great job for a pretty fair price. Actually repaired a dent too.

This is interesting - maybe if I don't like this I will go to Swiftkey 3 though.
SwiftKey 3 learns the same way, Stigy. Not so much the CONTENT of your typing as much as the word use. That way it can better predict what you're about to type and hand it to you to select without even starting the word. I have no problem with it myself...

So your saying if I use it enough I won't have to post anymore, it will do it for me.
It learns really fast, but even stock its prediction is quite good. My favorite is certain phrases I use a lot, I just keep hitting the next word and it types it all out for me.

Between SwiftKey 3 and Titanium Backup Pro, I'm not sure which is the best paid app. They are both indispensable. Of course, SwiftKey appeals to the non-rooter
Finally found the switch to turn on Google location based services. Been looking all over and every setting seemed to be "on" but maps, etc, wouldn't work, or tell me where I was.
Downloaded update for Google Search, and it prompted me to turn on Google Apps location settings.
I don't know where they put it in the general menu, but I never could find it. It seems to apply to Google only but I use that Maps a ton, and need it to find me rather than aimlessly wander around.
Clicked yes, and closed out, checked maps, and it found me instantly. This is how it used to be.
Congrats on the A Anti. It's definitely a big help that they are helping by paying for the course if you do well. I've got quite a bit of school debt that I'm still paying off.
As for my phone, I'm holding steady on Eclipse 3.1. The battery life has been great, and I never had great life on sourcery. I loved it and will probably get bored and come back somewhat soon.

Astro is a file manager, free in Play. Just hook up the Nexus to your PC and copy the apk to the root of internal memory. Then use Astro to install it. Any other questions just ask!
