That would be a quick and bizarre EOL if that is the case. But yeah, I don't see it either.

The One was pretty much obliterated for release on Verizon, right?

Thanks guys..apparently, pneumonia was pretty extensive. I'm getting the ultrasound of my heart today to make sure there's no damage to any of the valves. I was able to sleep last night pretty extensively for the first time in about 4 or 5 days. I still hope to be able to go home later tonight or tomorrow. But all cocky behavior aside I was very sick. I'm going to take today and listen to my body and sleep. Carry on. You don't need to reply to this.

I was blessed to still be here. The guy in the room next to me died from the same exact thing.

I'm not sure what to think regarding the One. They want to keep people in the dark, but I believe that's the general consensus. I don't think anything has gone through the FCC for Verizon unless I'm not remembering correctly.

Congrats BB! And how is the Ta-Ta total going?

Hope everyone has something fun planned this weekend. Up early and ready to go back to bed... If only that were possible!
Got taxes filed this week. Have a new butcher shop, with salami and cheeses, to find and purchase from today, and looking forward to a big family Skype with my entire family later today!
Ta-Ta total is growing. I'm in the
$1800 for raised monies and most of that is from my Android Forums family.

Dinner tonight with my Dad's twin and his family. Its a buffet place that has shrimp and crab legs. A lot of other stuff too but that's what I usually eat.

Wugs just takes the control out of your hands. It runs scripts that do things through either adb or fastboot, but you should be able to do them manually. Are you trying to go back to stock, or just reflash a recovery and/or rom?

Sorry to hear Steven... But glad you are on the mend. Keep strong.
Just checking in before my big sleep test tonight. Wish me luck!

Also got to talk to and see my kids today on Skype! Miss them lots... But glad they got to do stuff with my family. Apparently we found out today my sister is prego with #7...all boys, except for one girl. A baby boy due in August.. Guess they will try again next year for a girl.

Wugs is Windows only. I tried to use it through Wine on Ubuntu 12.10 and Wine borked my internet connection. Don't ask me how cos I don't know but let's just say it took about a half an hour to fix. This is why I can't use Windows in any fashion. It breaks stuff. Ugh.

Sorry for the Windows rant. I know most people here use it or Mac but I just can't.

I have never had much success using wine for much of anything. I do wish I could find some way to get that usb wireless card to work with Ubuntu though. I still like 10.04 over new editions though so I might be out of luck.

So it looks like only CyanogenMod based ROMs will allow LTE to be enabled on the N4. Think I'm going to backup my AOKP install to test. I flashed the .33 radio on Build 6 and LTE never engaged. I love my N4 but I'd love some fresh LTE on T-Mobile.

10.04? Can't you hack the code to make it work on a newer distro? That is what I did to enable wireless printing with my Kodak printer, which had no official Linux support when I bought it (11.10; still working on 12.10).

I thought that AOKP is CM based so that it would work? Either way, I have no way of testing.

As for my wireless card, I've tried installing wrapper drivers, emulating the drivers, amongst other things but with little success. I've wondered if it is limitation of the 10.04 version, but I actually don't know.

So what phone do you plan on purchasing to replace your Galaxy Nexus? I was thinking about the S4, but at the same time vanilla Android has been good to me this past year and a half.

^I wasn't even a Top 100 of all posters in that thread but I was surely one of the Top Lurkers. I miss that thread. Not sure AF will see anything like it again. I mean, Steven pulled some crazy strings inside and outside of AF to make that thread go. 88k+ is just ridiculous. It is the reason I stayed a loyal member and became premium before going green.

Good morning all! The team made their early morning rounds, but I'll be going back to sleep. I had my first real night of sleep, night uninterrupted, which is really nice.

Happy Easter! He is risen and so am I it would seem, no?

Glad it sounds like you're on the mend, Steven. Too bad you have to spend this holiday in the hospital. Can you stomach some Peeps or chocolate bunnies?

Hmmm, let's review. You were felled on Good Friday. You make a miraculous recovery on Easter Sunday. Steven, if you pull any of that water-into-wine (or beer) stuff, I may have to reconsider my affiliation
