So when the dentist told me to bite down and grind apparently I didn't move my tongue out of the way. Novacaine is a wonderful thing.

I'll be feeling that in a couple hours.

Went back to the gym today after 3 weeks ...managed to do 3.1 miles in 43 minutes. Can't run for as long but I'll just build back up.

Hope everyone is having a good morning!

Congrats BB!
Man, once I get into the new work schedule, I can probably plan on getting back into running. All this bread baking(eating) is starting to show.
Today is my last day working with my chef who was a HUGE influence on my leaving the restaurant. Can't wait until tonight is over.

I've been back at the gym for a few months and I feel incredible.

Here is a great thing to try on the treadmill that is supposedly better than just running at a constant speed. Intervals is the hot new thing and I feel like I get a MUCH better workout.

1 minute @ 3mph, 1 minute @ 5mph, 30 seconds @ 7mph. Rinse and repeat. You can do 2-4-6 if that suits you better.

I did the above on Sunday and I did 2.7 miles in 30 minutes and burned 400 calories according to the treadmill. Based on my readings and research that number is lower because the treadmill doesn't take into account that your heart rate didn't go down during the 1 minute walk and is still burning those calories.

It does get a bit tedious hitting the button over and over again, but well worth it.

I used to do the same on the treadmill Stig. Great workout. I do similar outdoors when I jog as well. The only variance I did to what you said was I did something like 4mph, 5.5, then 7 instead of dropping to 3. 5mph was an awkward speed for me because it wasn't quite a jog but wasn't quite a walk either.

I've started getting HORRIBLE lag in 5.1 so this is good timing.

Which GApps did you use? I noticed that the ones they link to say "NOPHOTOSPHERE" at the end of the file name.

Highly customizable Gapps. You select which ones you want, and whether you want them stock, black, transparent, etc. And then it loads JUST what you ordered into System.

Those are some bada** Gapps!

For those with unlimited data, you can keep unlimited if you decide you want to pay for the phone over the new 12 month payment option.

Unknown: You may need a Share Everything plan to be eligible, based on the language on Verizon's site. We're waiting on confirmation of this with Verizon. (And no, there is no special service plan rate / discount for those who finance a phone.)

I thought everyone was moved to a Share Everything plan?
We're grandfathered into unlimited with our data (Family Plan) but the bill now says "Share Everything".

I have this deal with Dutch Vodafone for going abroad, which might come in handy for this weekend in Norway. Two euro ($2.60) a day for calling 20 minutes, being called 20 minutes, 20 text messages and 35 mb. Charged only if used.

Never bought anything from Woot but have a friend who buys a ton, mostly wine. She did win an S2 though and ended up trading it for a Tab 10.1 with someone locally.

I've bought several things from woot. You can't just check the main woot tab, you gotta check the home, kids, wine, etc. You of course do have the crap woots like that surge protector...but it's still a decent deal, I just don't need one, lol.

I missed the locking pistol case

I once got a Roomba from a woot.com bag of crap - sold it on eBay and turned the nice profit. Although looking back I should've kept it, I am sure my cats would've had a blast chasing that around the apartment.

We got a Roomba as a gift from my in-laws. Ehhh, never got it to work correctly. Kept clogging and I was just frustrated digging out all the hair. Bought a cheap Shark bare floor vacuum and it's so much better. We got a new area rug for the living room and since it has barely no pile, I can use the brusherless Shark on it.

Oxy-Clean.
Not the best, but usually works pretty well. What kind of stain do you have?

Whatever differntial gear oil is, I'm guessing you're looking at a replacement garment.

Hubby drives a shovel machine for work (like Bob the Builder). The gear box was leaking, and that oil sure is nasty stuff. Told him many a times to wear working clothes but monsieur likes his own better
His way of telling he wants new pants from the army surplus in Houston, TX I guess..

If any of these stories lately come to be true then what are they going to have at I/O event? If you believe them it will be a new Nexus 7 and a Nexus 4 with LTE, that's it.

Android Key Lime Pie allegedly pushed back, not coming to Google I/O 2013

Differential gear oil will be an itch to get out. Going to take a really strong industrial degreaser on that one.

Speaking of cleaning and woot...Dyson DC33 for $179. Not a bad deal. Paid almost $150 for my crappy Eureka

I prefer Food Inc.
Though reading Omnivore's Dilemma (what the majority of the movie is based upon) is better. Actually just put Pollan's new book on my Kindle. Going to start reading it today.

I'm not even so sure on the Nexus 4 refresh. AFAIK, it hasn't gone through the FCC hey which it would need to do since this would have to have official LTE certification and the original one doesn't.

In other news, Asus has released the cube google TV box today, retailing at 140. I know chief was interested in it at one point.

For differential gear oil (or any kind of oil/grease stain), I could suggest spraying it with WD-40, waiting a few minutes, and then washing it normally. Try that and see how it goes

EDIT: On a completely different topic, what happens when you wring a wet washcloth out in zero gravity? The answer may surprise you!

EDIT 2: Yeah, I'm not sure that the Cube TV is what we want... besides, it's too close to I/O for me to buy anything at this point

I've been starting to get that "new phone" itch, but I definitely want to wait until Google I/O before I even consider buying something. Even if it's an overhauled Nexus 4, at least I'll know what the top of the line model is considered to be.

I took a look at phandroid's review, and it looks decent. A heck of a lot better than my ancient laggy Revue, that's for sure. But like you, I'm waiting until IO before I pull the trigger because I want to see what's on the horizon.

OK, I just saw this commercial on national TV and went but I'm hiding it and going with NSFW anyway.

Good morning folks!

Off to the gym later to do my walk/water exercises. Doesn't sound like much, but thanks to special bars I eat before exercising I've lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks and dropped from size 36 to 34 jeans

Still have 10 lbs to lose before Bonnaroo, gotta pick up the pace!

Hope you all have a great Wednesday!

So it took 10 minutes in the oven to expand the metal a little bit, but finally got my wheels together -- so excited. Just gotta get the bolts in now and then spray the center caps and get tires on this weekend.

Special bars, huh? Are these like special brownies my friends used to make?

For my Volkswagen - same wheels just professionally refinished now with powdercoat and lips brought to a high polish.

I'm back up and running with AOKP 4.2.2. The big test will be battery life away from Wifi.

Anybody have a clue why my phone volume goes to zero, seemingly at 8 pm?

I have quiet hours enabled from 9 pm to 7 am but I don't have any other program running that I know of.

I'm trying to get away from bedside, as I handle emergency calls, and have to receive calls from unknown parties at all hours.

I'm trying to sort out why the phone volume goes to zero, Going into Sounds and cranking it up only fixes it for like a day then it reverts back to zero seemingly at night, like a program is telling it to mute the phone at XXX O'Clock.

I think I have a setting I need to change but not smart enough to track it down.

Thanks to all for your advice on getting it running again!
