Depends on the turntable and what inputs the stereo has in the back.

Mine is linked below - it was RCA outputs so mine is hooked directly to my Vizio soundbar with no receiver in the middle. Some even have built-in speakers.

I can't believe how much its gone up in price though.

I bought it last year in August for $77 and now its almost $130 - that's so crazy.

I'd look elsewhere (besides Amazon for it).

Yep. I've found it, at times, from $80 to $130 on different sites.

Hi!! After a very busy weekend and beginning of the week I am finally caught up here! Woke up to an extremely hot phone in a boot loop today. Something went terribly wrong and it took a complete wipe to get it back again. So most of my morning was spent setting everything up again.

Glad to see you BB!

I'm going to be on the road a bit this weekend, heading to Greenville, SC to hang with my brother tomorrow and Saturday, and Sunday promises to be very busy as well, as the weekly lawn maintenance season is here.

Question for those that keep up with phone rumors more than I do nowadays...Is the HTC One on Verizon basically the same as the AT&T variant? Also, this new Butterfly S, is it heading to the US or strictly an overseas version?

I really like the One, but like the battery in the Butterfly S. You can't tell me they couldn't put the same battery in the One as the Butterfly S when it's only a tad bigger due to the screen. If they had the One with the Butterfly S battery and the metal unibody frame, that would be the ultimate phone for me. I'm getting tired of the flashing ROMs for upgrades, waiting on bug fixes, etc. Really REALLY getting tired of AOSP lacking functionality in the bluetooth arena.

I am not 100% sure on phone rumors but I do need to do some research.

But I agree with you - I just want a phone that works. What I plan to do next weekend is flash a stock ROM (pretty much vanilla AOSP) and then using the Xposed framework add only the pieces I want to add and just have a nice subtle modded ROM that hopefully is quick and doesn't bog down my Nexus anymore.

I swear I am tethered to the charger when I am not on Wifi and I am sick of it.

Well the HTC One is a single phone for all carriers... So I imagine it will be the one that the other carriers have. The DNA 2 would be a good candidate for the HTC Butterfly S, but I don't think Verizon will carry both at the same time...

Same here man. I hate being tethered to my charger. Even on wifi it doesn't last long. I'm sure a new battery would do wonders for mine, but I can't justify spending anything on it at this point. I actually submitted a network trouble ticket to Verizon today complaining of poor service in my home, at work, and at my parents' house (which I visit fairly often) hoping they would allow me out of my ETF. I know it's a longshot, but I really want out of my Verizon contract to get back to AT&T. I know they at least have service at my parents' and a little better coverage here. I also don't remember a problem with their coverage at my house when I had them either.

Wonder if the Butterfly S could be imported and work on AT&T?

Should be fine, but I don't see any details of it working on their LTE network.

I've noticed a big difference after using the app Greenify. The only thing that still kills battery FAST is my addiction to candy crush.

It's a non-LTE phone so far. HSPA+ only.

I'm really thinking the Ativ Q could replace my aging laptop. Anyone else a fan?
I'm hoping they can get the price right though, but doubtful it'll be much below $1k.

I think even 1k would be tough. Due to the different hardware, I believe these devices need practically two complete sets, which is obviously really expensive. The ASUS Transformer AIO, while large, is a perfect example of this. I have to say that I am interested to see what the Ativ Q, and ASUS' upcoming Transformer Book Trio will be priced at though.

At first I was very interested in this semi dual boot (android is running as an app within windows 8), sharp and quick brains and being ultrabook & tablet in one, but read in a hand-on review the android interface is slow and the resultion in android seems low/grainy (which isn't doing right to the fab screen resolution). Costs: 1, 700 euros.

I think I had a lot running in the background which was sucking up my battery. I'll take any savings I can.

Oh, Happy Birthday Jmar!!!

I'm going to need some blood pressure medication...anyone? MSU vs OSU game 1 (hopefully the only game) begins in 1.5 hours. We are undefeated and they have 1 loss so we have to win once to advance to finals.

So a train hit a tractor trailer that got stuck on the tracks (at a railroad crossing) and some girl on Twitter is blaming NJ Transit for the accident. I have no faith in humanity anymore.

The driver of the truck was the only death in the accident, thankfully. There's talk of poor signage where the crossing is, but seriously?

Thanks BeeBs! It's been nice so far. Woke up late. Wife made me a Mexican breakfast that she'd never cooked before and it turned out great. Got my hair cut. Just chillaxing with my little guy right now. Wife got up early and she's not a morning person so I'm letting her nap. She also didn't sleep well, so I'm getting some points on my Birthday. Who knows what's in store? She said there is more...

Thanks gEEk! Go MSU! Love baseball. Don't follow college but I'm down to send good birthday vibes your way.

@Treo: I'm going to L.A. with a buddy of mine (he's from L.A. and a Dodgers "fan" but lives here. He really is a diehard Dodgers fan, but it looked better in quotes ) to watch the Giants kick start its season on the 24th (they just don't look right so far). Wish me luck down there. I know my buddy has my back but you know how stupid people can be. Go Giants!

I haven't been to Dodger Stadium in a long time, but I hear that security has been beefed up since "the incident." Nonetheless, beer seems to feed the frenzy in the bleachers. It's a shame that you have to worry about safety when going to enjoy a ball game. Bring a helmet I guess

Have a great time!

Good morning folks and I hope your weekend is going swell!

I know a lot of us got a little present over the weekend - JB Sourceress Edition 5.5 is out in the ROM Updates section of JB Sourcery Tools

Dirty flashing now to see if that works...

Anyway, my 3-day convention is behind me, so now it's back to full-time bothering you people

Have a great Sunday!

EDIT: Dirty flash seems to have worked! Only thing I had to do was reinstall Google Search from Play, and panorama mode is still borked in the camera from 5.3 on... but a solid ROM otherwise!

In Sourcery 5.3+ ? What's your trick, because my panorama camera has a stretched out vertical image laid sideways. It's completely hosed...

I think I'm on 5.4? No trick. Just went to it and it worked. Wait. I think I'm still on 5.3?

Wow, because 5.2 was the last version that panorama worked for me... no doubt it'll get fixed soon

Hey everyone, had a great time in Greenville with my brother at the Men's conference. Caught up on the yard work and some new parts for the car installed. A very manly weekend
