Razor you can pull the battery and boot up normally. Dnld a 4.0.2 compatible boot ani and flash it like you just tried to do.

Don't ask, it was me being slightly 'special'
Is that better or worse than exceptional?

That's essentially what ReadyBoost is. In a PC where more RAM can't be easily added, it provides disk caching which takes a big load off the existing RAM.

Yeah I think that was just bloviating. The author has another article whose first sentence is "The Amazon Kindle sucks plain and simple" so he doesn't really pretend to be unbiased.

Razor to reboot normally from within the recovery you need to reenable the "go back" button. Get back to blue writing cwm menu screen. Scroll down past the last item (bottom) then up past the top then again past bottom till it says back button enabled. Reboot

I was afraid that might damage something. Okay, I'll try it. Thanks.

Razor when you're flashing in CWM and scrolling with the volume button, whenever you go down beyond the last item (so the highlight will now be atop the menu), then back up past the top item (so the highlight will now be at the bottom), then back down beyond the last item you have disabled the "go back" button that appears on every menu until this happens. To re-enable it do the above. Hope this explains it well, it's always been like this in CWM and with the wonky scrolling in cwm 5.5.0.4 it's easy to accidentally do.

If you've disabled this "go back" selection (which you did) it won't reboot and just sit there like it has done for you. This happened to me once on the GN and I'd remembered from my Inc days how to fix. gl!

Wait! Before doing a pull try what I said with the go back highlight option. You most likely successfully flashed the boot ani.

How did your daughter's MRI turn out the other day? (Or was it ct scan or surgery?) Regardless, I hope she is well.
Actually, it was a hida scan that determined that her gall bladder had to come out... and it did! Other than some expected pain, she'll pull through nicely. Already back on the greasy cheesy foods she couldn't eat before

Thanks for the concern and well wishes, BB!

I'm glad she is good. I had my gall bladder out years ago. Ruined my ability to drink on my 21st. I've since made up for it though.

Yeah, gall bladders seem to be poppin' out all over the place! Maybe the FDA put something in the water supply that sludges 'em up so doctors can get rich off surgeries

I needed mine out but I can't have it removed (long story). So I get to take an Ursodiol capsule every day for the rest of my life.

By the way, thanks to the folks in the thread (Han I think) I watched a few shows of Grimm. I like it. It's a bummer, episode 1 & 2 are only available to Hulu+ subscribers, so some of it is still a bit confusing. But I will make due until the Blu Rays come out.

Yep. Its that easy. That's the beauty (read: allure) of rooting and flashing. Or jbdan likes to call em... crack flashers

I've been really good/disciplined with the GN compared to my Inc. I only flash a new ROM every 8-10 hours.

Bama's defense!! How are they this good WOW

Not pulling for either team as they're both in the only real college football division, but I want to see LSU score at least once

Did you look at their website? I know most of the networks put up full episodes. And this is still new enough that maybe they're there.

And ninja'd

Thinking the same thing man. I wanna see Lee come in a do something cuz Jefferson clearly can't do sqwat. Thought this was gunna be different than the last game. At least LSU looked like the wanted to play.

I needed mine out but I can't have it removed (long story). So I get to take an Ursodiol capsule every day for the rest of my life.

I was getting lots of random reboots but I "fixed" it! Seems to be connected somehow to the stock camera on my nexy. I even had to turn off face recognition. I figured this out when I had finally gotten it to quit by doing just that and it was good for several days and then I downloaded the tiny flashlight app. It was a really nice app and I really wanted a flashlight app for my phone. But the reboots started again immediately. I deleted the app and the reboots stopped. None in three days now. Hmm...

Figured out my random wakelock/battery drain that would suddenly happen during the night and lead to 40%+ draninage. Sign out of Gtalk if you're having similar issues. Instant fix.

Glad you found a solution for that nocturnal drainage problem.

So lets throw in Meryl Streep. Did anyone see the trailer with her playing Margaret Thatcher? Man, it looks like a bad SNL skit.
