Heya Bro. I'm a former DX user and saw the thread. It seems as if you are getting the correct answers in the DX root forum where you posted, so I'm going to close this thread. Keep asking the questions. Don't panic, There's always a way out of trouble with that phone.

I used to advise folks to learn how to sbf (restore to factory settings using their computer to flash (install) those same factory settings). You should too.
