Default Where are the Apps?

Hi, I'm debating about getting an HTC Dream or the upcoming iPhone. I know the iPhone has tons of apps which I can view via iTunes but I can't seem to find the apps for Android? I read that there were around 3200 apps but when I visit the Android Market I only see the featured/top picks. Could you point me to a site where I can check out the available apps? Thanks!

But even with Cyrket, you don't get the full experience -- heck, you don't even get screen shots, just the application icon and a rather short* description.

In that regard it's very much like the iTunes thing: you gotta have it to see if it's worth having.

*The description is limited by Google, so don't blame the app devs.

Hard to please some people ... the App Market is one of the fairest ...

many apps Free ... try it like OK ... Don't like it ... uninstall

Paid Apps Try for 24 hours ..Dont Like get a Refund ...

That is good deal ...

Actually a good deal of the devs provide links to their own sites that host screenshots and sometimes even video.

The android market is much less restrictive for developers compared to the iPhone market - much easier to get an app approved.

Further proof of that is all the NES emulators floating around in the market.

That would NEVER happen in the app store.
