Well dawnierae since you helped me out so much w/ my ZAGG dilemma I guess I can let it slide. Glad to have you over here in the S3 Hiding Place, I mean Watering Hole.
Well, not sure the Barney purple is a big win in the manly category
Having the Blue ( 32GB ) myself I'm not sure where people are getting the purple from at all ? The home button maybe ?, but the overall device not at all. Being the UK fan you are keep the white phone & pickup a blue back then you can have the best of both worlds & show support for your Cats.
I have the blue 32 now and has the new kernel dated July 4. Reception is not any better and COULD be a tad less. Will review more when I get home. None the less, about 5 dBm points less. No effect on download speed, so not sure what to think for now.
Blue is big scoops better than the white- IMO.

For a guy, I would have to agree. However, as a girl, I was sucked in by the stunning white beauty, which provides such a lovely contrast to the sparkly pink case.

Giving the HD ONE MORE TRY...Best Buy put a new one on tonight. I have to leave my case off for TWO DAYS. If it still peels up after that, I'm going back to the original.

Let me know how it works out for you. I think I'm just going to leave my original ZAGG on for now though. Dude at Best Buy did a great job putting this one on, centering is awesome & not a single bubble anywhere. But again, keep me updated in case I need to replace this one for some reason or for future devices.
SGP is selling their awesome protection for the SGS3 on their website and Amazon. Their products are a million times better than anything ZAGG or any of the other screen protector OEMs put out.

Is there one in particular you recommend? The one thing I DO like about ZAGG is the warranty...if it gets damaged, they replace it. I'm not familiar with SGP products - do they have any warranty?

^This. Even though I have a pocket in my purse for my phone, all kinds of stuff gets in there with it. (Guys, if you've ever seen the inside of a woman's purse, you'll understand.)

Especially a mother of little boys. In addition to keys and coins, they have matchboxes and other assorted toys to entertain children in waiting rooms.
When these screen & screen protector companies do these test videos to show how their products don't scratch, how about instead of using keys they use bits of sand. That will be the real test !!!

Cannot recall if they have lifetime warranty, but the model you are looking for is ultra optics. Super thin and oleophobic. They have a new model that has the matte finish, but also dissipates any glare.
I have had nothing but poor experiences with ZAGG, so I went to SGP instead (at least with any of the compatible devices).

This guy really cuts and stabs the S3 hard with big knives and not a scratch on it. If keys in your pocket are causing more abuse then this, you have issues lol

Seems if the protector gets damaged, the display is toast by default. What good is warranty on the protector?

You can get a pretty deep scratch on a ZAGG & it not mess up the screen. My dog scratched my ZAGG on my DROID Charge & I feared the worst. When I removed it, no scratches. ZAGG sent me a new one no questions asked. Just make sure if you buy it at a retailer you register it online so your covered. If you buy it on ZAGG.com they register it for you automatically.

Ahh, just get a desktop dock and velcro it to the dash or rip one apart and duct tape it to a car holder and whala, job done. **
** to any sober person this solution would look disastrous, and and make no sense what so ever. However to your average alcoholic or persons partaking of various hallucinogenic substances it will look the mutz nutz and you'll be declared a god(ess) of impromptu innovation.

Well, I hope the drunk or high person is not the driver
Considering how prolific the device is with ten million already, you would think there would be a media dock, speaker dock, car dock, boat dock, extended battery, extended battery cases, etc.
The boat dock is a stretch, but not the other stuff. Where they be at??

That is a LOT of missed accessorie revenue.
WTF ?? On the Samsung OEM extended battery. What does Apple now have a problem w/ those too.
Same chipset.
Similar display tech.
Non replaceable battery.
Fixed nav bar taking up display space and easier to touch by accident.
1GB less ram.
16GB less storage.
On the vain side, the blue GS3 matches my blue TF300. The GS3 is kind of like the TF300's mini me.

I am actually quite unimpressed with the lack of accessories. I keep hearing... "soon"

Sammy has really dropped the ball WRT accessories lately. The GNex has been out for 8 months now and there are very few. This will be a consideration for me on my next purchase.
