Unfortunately, there is no way to enforce this unicorn-free zone that you speak of. We currently do not have any member registration tests that checks if a member is a unicorn, and therefore cannot prevent unicorns from signing up, nor from participating in the forums. It certainly is a nice thought though.

I don't understand why my carrier has a cap on the unlimited data plan at 1.5 gigs yet has a cheaper data plan of 2 gigs
