Well apparently it's Christmas Eve, 24th December. Doesn't really feel like it though. We're all in school tomorrow, 3 classes tomorrow morning, and 1 in afternoon.
Merry Christmas anyway...

Happy Christmas eve everyone. No work for me again but it isn't by choice the economy is being real tough on me. I've been trying to put on a brave face this holiday season but I think my worry is beginning to show.

Was it more economical for the elves not to work in the north pole.
I much prefer the evening mass to the morning. Christmas day masses always seem somber. And the evening music seems more celebratory.
Ye they do seem more up beat. I usually go christmas morning but we were invited to my cousins this year and they live 1 hour and 30 minutes away so its best we leave early.
Just sat with Mrs D (who's tracking Santa on Norad) and am watching Muppet's Christmas Carol
The Hobbit was AWESOME!!
Glad you enjoyed it. Just think well be watching the second one this time next year. I know they say you shouldnt wish your life away but i wish it was next year so we could see the hopbbit 2.

She did also say "I guess I was just used to it"... I explained that one of the benefits of rooting... I can try different ROM's till I find one she likes. She has an iPad... perhaps I'll put MIUI on there!!

I've been trying to get her to let me do it for AGES... she then said I could, when I explained that I was doing my mates Desire Z the other weekend.

To me, the two go hand in hand. She was still on Android 2.1 and the phone didn't work entirely properly... it's now on CM9 and does.

Will have to see
Before trying a new rom leave it for a while it might grow on her

Yes. It's also more economic and better for Santa's delivery logistics as el-cheapo off-brand Android tablets have become very popular Christmas gifts, and these are all made by his hard working, non-union, low-paid pixies and leprechauns in nearby Shenzhen.
It's going to be rather busy in General Tablet Talk during the next few days and weeks.
Leprechauns made bit across the water. I thought they were native to Ireland.
Well its Christmas now as of 20 minutes ago so I better get to bed soon seen as of got to be up early in the morning. Better finish my beer first Anyone else want one? Its weird this is a tavern yet we don't talk about drinking mush. Who here loves themselves some Russian vodka?

Yeh, leprechauns are indigenous to Ireland, as are pixies indigenous to Cornwall. But many of them emigrated to China in the early 1980s. St.Patrick's Day is very important in Guangdong Province.
Had some Mongolian vodka, a few weeks ago.....ganbai!!!

Indigestion and a headache. Same as last year.
Actually, I don't quite know. We exchanged gifts with the in-laws last night and I got a shirt and some little things, but right after that my son went to his girlfriend's family and we are waiting for him to return before we exchange gifts here.

Take some disprin and watch some comedy that usually helps me forget about my headaches.
That's nice waiting for your son. Maybe you'll get something good.
My favourite thing about Christmas has to be the food though.
