I generally like it. I've barely seen the UK version, just the American one. Not sure if there's much of a difference. I take a lot of pride with how our restaurant is run. Is it easy? Hell no! It's stressful but gratifying. I love the challenge.

Ha! We do have microwave. It's used for a couple things:
-heating up milk/cream for dessert applications
-cooking frozen meals for one of our owners.

It's really a terrible microwave that we keep in the basement.

I swear in the majority if those episodes he throws out the microwaves.

I'm more just boggled by some of these owners who think they should have gotten into the business to begin with! There's a ton I don't know about and would love to learn buy how ignorant some of them are (whether it's for show or real) is crazy.

So hello all.
I have a Wi-Fi Motorola Xoom running stock, yes stock jelly bean (Motorola has been fantastic about keeping this tablet updated), and a rooted nook color currently running miui via dual boot SD. Luv them both.
Use mine a lot for reading and surfing.

The first Xoom is essentially a Nexus device so it should be more up to date. The second is skinned with Moto's interface. The same reason why the Galaxy S is stuck on Gingerbread while the Nexus S is on Jelly Bean even though they have the same internals.

My wife just asked me if she should get a nexus 7. Firstly i was amazed as she has never showed any interest in tablets until now. Told her to wait a it to see if a new tab comes out.

Even by the time she gets around to getting a tablet, the N7 will still be the best overall choice.

As this is my first post in this thread, a little introduction incoming

After owning Android phones for a few years, I finally decided I'd test out a tablet.
I had a broken Xperia X10 and a water damaged Xperia S lying around so I sold them for about £250 and noticed that the N7 was £200 so I decided to get it. It was definitely a great choice and now I can't imagine how I lasted so long without one. I've had it for about 3 months so far and loving every moment of it

Welcome to the Tablet Tavern kidcarter. I agree with you. The N7 is a great device and WifelyLiamo would do great with it. If I had the play money now I would replace mine (cracked, er, smashed screen) with another.

Kinda its not really big over here but I have a tradition of watching it every year. Tbh I don't follow much up until the actuall Superbowl as the games are in in the middle if the night a lot if the time but I do enjoy it.

I'm rooting his s3 and flashing a ROM plus removing bloatware. Also he's hoping for better battery life.
