Chicken feet... just sounds wrong!
My mate came back to the UK from Chengdu for my wedding 2 years ago and brought me a couple of things to try beef sweets (wierd), chicken feet (no... just no... not trying them!) and a bag of MSG (tasted like pot noodle powder)

Oh yeh, the small lumps of dried meat, wrapped-up to look like Quality Street or something. Took me a while to get used to that one. Problem with chicken feet, there's just not much meat on the things, it's just skin and cartilage. Supposed to be good for you though. All these things are perfectly normal in China, but on the other hand, most Chinese just don't eat much chocolate or drink much coffee. There's also dried fish as well in sealed bags, from casual inspection looks like they might be packets of crisps. We have a local drink here....horse milk.
I've had a lot of things here that I've just never had or seen in the UK, donkey, camel, pig brains, duck tongue, scorpion, stinky tofu, durians. And if you see a dog tied up at a country restaurant in Guangdong province, it's NOT a pet.

It's a corn one. It will have a sachet of dried corn with it. The one's where I am are often beef or chicken. Inside there's the noodles and usually some sachets of dried vegetables, meat, and the sauce. Just add hot water. They're not bad actually. If you're on a long distance train ride in China, that's pretty much the staple diet. I'm sure quite a few of my students just live on the things. Even though the school has a really good subsidised canteen.

So i got a new laptop today. ITs windows 8 wich im not that big a fan of but id rather have the newer OS. Its quite a good laptop that im going to use for all my rooting needs. My first root experience will start in the coming weeks and hopefully be finished by Christmas. Im going to start on an old phone and work my way up to my S3 and Tablet. I hope all goes well and nothing gets bricked.

Let's look a this from the perspective on one of my favorite movies
The Good
It's fast, smooth and feels great in my hand. I was using JB on my SGS2 so I'm pretty familiar with the way it works, although I have been finding some things in 4.2.
The Bad
Still getting used to the idea of no back panel to open up, but I cut down my sim to micro size and it worked just peachy. The smooth back makes it next to impossible to tell which direction you are holding it when you take it out of your pocket. The camera doesn't seem to be the greatest, but I haven't had time to put it through its paces.
The Ugly
I might have done this by updating to the latest 4.2 without having the sim in it, but I had a heck of a tough time getting the play store to connect on wifi. I still see "no connection - retry" frequently while in the play store, but i can get it working. It's frustrating.
Overall would you say its worth buying.
It dosnt really matter if i dont like it though as im either giving my wifr the S3 or nexus 4 it just depends wich one i prefer
