Well, he got a ring in 2000.
I'm hoping Ray Lewis gets through a Super Bowl without being implicated in another double homicide. Personally, I'm not a fan because of this and am really disappointed that because the guy is a great football talent, he got what amounted to a pass in this. I'm of the opinion that he was involved directly, or covered up evidence. Either way, he belonged in prison, not the football field....but that's just my opinion.

My opinion is that is why we have a court system. I have been charged with a serious crime before because I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Charges were dropped in court eventually because I was innocent, but it still showed up on an employment background check 2 years later that I was charged.
I forget he got one already... I remembered he went to one, I just didn't think they won.

Should a be a good game if just for the sibling rivalry. Being in UK i'll be staying up, kick off at 11.30pm so will go well into the night.
Wow, now that's an NFL fan, and from the UK to boot!
As for me, first things first, I'll be hitting the iron at the gym first. I appreciate days like this when the gym is void of socialites and the weights are where they're supposed to be.
Then for game time:
hot wings
bbq wings
sweet bbq meatballs
fruit/veggie tray
low fat chips & my home made salsa
GO RAVENS!

Not doing ribs either, not so much the cost but I'm bored with ribs. I'm going comfort with brisket and BACON mac and cheese. Hopefully, I can find a whole brisket and make burnt ends from the point. I go to a big party where everyone brings a dish or two, so I'm probably going with that. If I do a desert, probably brulee'd banana bites (sliced banana, a dab of vanilla creme and some melted sugar on top), mainly because I love playing with my blow torch.

I’m abstaining. Went home just to avoid the local casino where I’m trying to learn to quit when I’m ahead. At home, no football... about eight HDTV channels that show stuff I heretofore avoided. Besides, as I age, I see a pointlessness in pro sports, especially one that manufactures brain injuries. But if I still have an opinion, it’s Niners, since I lived there for a while, decades ago.

well it started out boring....i did not think that the niners would ever comeback.............but that power outage really helped them. but i think the ravens just wanted it more in the end.....great game though.
i'm stuffed, buzzed, and now tired.
so how was you guys super bowl? good times? i did not see many good commercials though. is it me or are they have been kind of sucking the past few years?

There is a serious lack of "blow me away" commercials the last few years. At least the game ended up being somewhat entertaining. I think CBS flipped the light switch in hopes of changing the game and keeping their viewer base through the third quarter lol. One way or another, the game sure changed in complexion after that.
the go daddy one is the only that grabbed my attention.....but it was kind of awkward and a little gross for me. but most of the other ones were very tame compared to the go daddy one. i guess the other one i liked was the dodge ram commercial about the farmers. and i guess the last one i can think of was the pistachio commercial with psy.

Apparently I'm the only guy in the US who didn't watch any of the game. I had church last night with it being Sunday night so this morning I'm dealing with co-workers who think my church was crazy to actually hold church services on Super Bowl Sunday and being told that my pastor has his priorities wrong. Not in a joking manner either. They're serious. Oh well.

Oreo commercial was pretty good. Samsung, eh (but apparently was the favorite of some sort of analyst on tv this morning).
I only caught the second half. Was decent, but definitely not the best Superbowl I've seen thus far. XXXVI was great with the Pats finally winning their first SB in forever.

Well thanks to the bloody power outage the game ended past 3.30am. Was back up at 7.30am but it was definitely worth only 4 hrs sleep. Awesome game, great comeback attempt by San Fran but the best team won in the end.
Beyonce was ok too i guess.
