where does it say
110 km/h, I highly doubt that, I've seen some videos of Tour de france and bikes could only do around 96 km/h down the hill, and thats really by professionals if it was done on this tiny wheels it would burn from friction.
There is a world record of 130 km/h but it was done on close mostly straight track.
