Hello fellow Droid Incredible owners!

We've closed the chapter on the pre-release era of the HTC Incredible and we're turning the page on a new chapter of the Verizon Droid Incredible now that it's available for everyone.

The Lounge thread is meant to be a "water-cooler" of sorts, where you can come and jib-jab, discuss, vent, share, collaborate, bond, etc...

The rules are simple:
1. Have an open mind...all topics are welome as long as they do not violate any of the other rules
2. Everyone's opinions are welcome
3. Don't be rude, meaning anything racist, in poor taste, derogatory, sexist, inflammatory, etc... simply won't be tolerated and justice will be swift
4. Check the ego at the door
5. Enjoy yourself!

I'm sure with some effort on everyone's part we can make this thread even more "epic" than the previous one!

Default Inc still available at local store..
I was just at my local corp VZ store. as of 11:00 am they still had 1 Inc available. They said they got about 10 and there were a couple people waiting in their cars when they opened.

NW suburb of chicago.

Sold last one at about 11:30. Dang, I could have had it in my hands, but no waiting for Fedex today. Oh, well. Can you say "on-line instant rebate"?

I just called my local verizon store, not the authorized retailer, but the main store and I asked "have you sold out of incredibles?" The man responded, "umm, no. we have plenty." haha he sounded like the answer my question was so obvious. lol...maybe they haven't had a rush yet.

Picked up my incredible this morning. Bought one for me and one for my daughter. We both wanted the black silicon cases and they only had one in the store!! I just placed an order online for one and should get it tomorrow. On a side note the charger was wrapped in a thick black rubber band which I'm now wearing as a ring just cause everything about this phone is incredible!

Curious if apps downloaded from Market will only "see" an installed memory card. Will they download to internal memory?

I got mine but did anyone else have a "challenge" with putting in the SD card? It did not click going in so I was not sure if it was all the way in but I just wanted to see. I just started charging and will setup once it's at 100%.

You may probably know this: If you are not going to be home during the time of FedEx delivery, Write a small note - something like 'Please leave the shipment (tracking # 44592471XXXX ) in the door' and sign it and paste it in your front door. Thats what I did and my package is in my front door now.

understood. i just felt like it needed to be said as sort of therapy for myself. its just the internet right? better than doing something regrettable in the real world. i'm sure there will be people who felt the same way. I saw 3 other people bummed out at the store i was at... Mods handled the post and now its over as far as i'm concerned.

Hi Y'all!!!!!! Does anyone find the lock button on the top of the phone to be 'funny'?? I'm coming from an Eris so I keep trying to unlock the phone by hitting the end key that doesn't exist! I so silly!

Verizon has had no advertisements for this phone. Does not surprise me at all that the stores are not sold out. I feel like there was a lot more build up for the Droid.

My roommate who has a Droid and was hating on Sense UI became a convert after playing with my phone for ten minutes yesterday. He's now jealous. Claims to still love his keyboard though...

got mine this morning at the local vz store. i absolutely LOVE it. its crazy how fast it is. clear, and super big screen . what else could a guy want from a phone.
