Are you sure you got the correct email address? Their domain is actually myfamilymobile.com
myfamilymobile.com is registered to T-Mobile.
familymobile.com is registered to something in Hong Kong.
...so that's not right.
FamilyMobile is a MVNO, that sells through Walmart, but is probably actually T-Mobile.
