you need to go into advance and wipe battery stats, and dalvik..then go into mounts and format cache, data, system, and sd-ext if you have one(Dont format sd-card)..then wipe all user data and factory reset..Then flash your rom,reboot..reboot straight back into recovery and flash gapps..reboot...done!....

Okay i know what the problem is,

Go into ROM manager, Do "Fix Permissions"
Let it run and when it tells you to reboot your phone say no
Go to Settings and go to Applications
Go to ROM Manager, Click "Clear Data"
Clear everything
DO NOT GO BACK INTO ROM MANAGER, REBOOT YOUR PHONE
Now Hold down the Volume Down or both or whatever, the Call Button and the Power button

You should now boot into Recovery mode

Your Welcome.

Telling me whose instructions you followed and/or what you're trying to do here will help me out....

From power off state, you need to press and hold:

green (CALL), VOL+ and power buttons = boot into recovery (Don't touch the VOL- key!!!)

If you can't boot into recovery using the above key combination, try using ADB or download terminal emulator to reboot into recovery. If that still doesn't work, CWM may not have been installed properly and needs to be re-flashed.

Your other options are to flash CWM manually using Fastboot mode, or try flashing Ultrajack recovery instead.

I can try to help. I think I still have the Ultrajack files and the script to install it, but I strongly recommend using ClockworkMod if you want to use your M835 for making phone calls. Ultrajack is useful for flashing foreign ROMs like Dronix, ICS based and CyanogenMod MIUI ROMs for the Ideos U8150, if you just want to play around with them. They will not work for for mobile network data/phone but can be used as a portable media device

Have your M835 fully charged, make sure you have a decent USB cable and the appropriate drivers installed, PM me when you're ready.
