get the evo 4g LTE, sell it, use marquee

Considering getting the EVO LTE, selling it, and then using a marquee on sprint from craigslist. Good plan? Saves 10$ a month, and I get a profit from selling the EVO LTE.

What is the most commonly used ROM? What rom is most speedy? Is LG planning on releasing an official ICS RUU?

What is the easiest root method? Is there no one click option?

Any other issues with this phone I should be aware of?

Seems like these questions are all answered in the All Things Root Section... It may take some reading, but it will answer all of those questions!

Ok, I am guessing CTMod is the best ROM.
There seems to be a one-click root method, but it does not appear to be popular/preferred.
No real issues with the phone, other than battery life.

Is this a correct assessment of current wisdom?

EDIT: Does this phone have to be on stock for it to be activated to sprint? Or can I flash CTMod first?
