Default What Do I Do?!

I rooted my LG Marquee to CTMod and accidentally pressed restore from the drop down menu. It's now stuck on the LG Logo screen.

What can I do and how do I restore it?!

Yeah but what drop down menu is he referring to? No drop down in stock recovery or CWM. Does stock recovery even offer a restore option? It's been so long since I've used it that I've forgotten. If it does what would he even have to restore? I've been waiting on his reply so he can make things a little bit clearer. I'm pretty much doing nothing but guessing right now.

I think he is referring to the factory reset option in the menu settings of his rom the stock recovery has a data reset option, but from the simplicity of the question I can assume he is a noobie, so we need to help him get what we got.

Yep. Evidently he must have figured it out because he hasn't been back in here.

Actually, I took it to sprint, was honest with the store manager and he gave me a BRAND NEW PHONE! that was sweet, plus i gotta backup coming that a friend got me on ebay, so i'm gonna mod the backup. What do you guys means by backing up cwm and all that jazz? Can you point me towards any tutorials that'll show me how NOT to brick my phone when using CTFMod 3.6.5 (or 2.6.5? i forget which version) and click Recovery from the status bar drop down box?

And also, a guide anywhere on how to install MULTIPLE ROMS and be able to switch to them without bricking your phone? LOL, i don't EVER wanna go through that again.

Okay bro, the deal was I installed CTFMod 3.6.5 BUT i didn't notice I clicked the boost mobile mod (and i have sprint) ...i thought recovery (not reload! damn it) would restore it back to the CTFMod 3.6.5.zip that i installed on my SD Card.

http://androidforums.com/marquee-all-things-root/540509-rom-sprint-boost-ctmod-3-6-5-05-19-12-a.html

Where it says recovery, i clicked that and bricked it. What did I do wrong?!?!

Now is CWM the program on my laptop? if so, it wouldn't recognize the phone or anything. After installing the CTFMod 3.6.5, I tried power+volume down for a hard reset and that didn't even work.

Okay, one more question (LOL), what is ZVC, ZV2, ZV4, ZV7, etc? Also, as far as over-clocking goes, any manuals out there on that?

Sorry guys, i'm a n00b by far. I just started playing with these phones just 3 days ago. But I should've read the rest of the forum so I could flash back to stock. Now, my question is...what is the maximum overclock speed for the CPU? RAM? Graphics driver? Keep in mind, I'll have a backup tuesday or wednesday.
