Default [Request] Extended Power Menu with Reboot and Recovery

I would greatly appreciate if someone would upload a zip file with the extended power menu that I can flash and add to a rooted ZV4 ROM.

Your looking for this in the Stock Rooted Rom or a custom rom?

From what i have seen, all the custom roms come with an extended power menu.
