How do I fix gapps fc on ctmod 3.68

i would like to know how to FIX this too. it happens after every reboot.

The workaround is annoying

To make it work temporarily just reboot into cmw and clear dalvik cache

Try booting into CWM, clear Dalvik Cache, then fix permissions.

Do you have any themes installed? I know there were problems in the past with certain themes causing force close issues. Is it only framework and gapps or do you get random application fc's too?

No theme 2.2 kernal nothing else. does it mostly on a reboot

When the problem does occur there are more processes that fc.
Android.acore
gapps
Google.framework
and if you go into your contacts it will fc launcher pro.

My best recommendation would be to do a full wipe and fresh install. If clearing cache and dalvik did nothing and there is no theme there isn't much more you can get do. Wipe and reflash the rom, but when your phone boots let it sit for five or ten minutes to let everything stabilize

Edit: You will notice too you will get a lot of core process FC's after rebooting if you try to use the phone too quick. Even without a flash, you should always let your phone fully boot before unlocking/using it to let everything load.
