Hello, how long did it take for t-mobile to credit your account? I followed your info, returned the behold and received the vibrant but my bill shows full price,, do they take a while to credit that amount? Thank you

you mentioned you contacted corporate tmobile... i been trying to find the contact information for them and have had no luck. i too am a disgruntled behold ii owner who would like to get the options that i paid for, but still remain with a samsung phone. i like the vibrant and would like to get that phone. i don't like the mytouch slide and wouldn't mind the nexus one, but since tmobile doesn't sell the nexus1, and i demand 2.1, since i was promised it, the only option i see fit is the vibrant. please let me know the contact information, so i can too let them know the problems i been having with my phone!
