    Sorry for the late reply. I am not sure how they did it. There wasn't any thing I could do but when I used it wuth another SIM card, it works well. Chances are T-mobile remotely unlocked it when I requested. Not sure. But it did work.

    i saw where you had problems with your behold 2 after you unlolcked it. did you ever get it fixed? i have the exact same problem. just wondering if you ever got any good advice.
